Renuce offers premium shawls (cashmere, pashmina, wool, and embroidered styles), women's and men's footwear including classic Peshawari shoes, casual and formal shoes, plus kurtas, shalwar kameez, dresses, suits, caps, and accessories.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, direct bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard for online payment.
Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days within Pakistan, with express options available in major cities. Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 2,000.
Yes, we deliver nationwide to all major cities and most smaller towns through our courier partners.
You can return or exchange most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they're unused, unworn, and have their original tags and packaging intact.
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by SMS/WhatsApp. You can check its status anytime on our Track Order page, or message us directly on WhatsApp.

We make every effort to display product colors, materials, and details accurately; minor variations may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings, especially for handcrafted items such as shawls. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to correct pricing or listing errors at our discretion.
4. Orders & Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We accept Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, and major debit/credit cards. Orders are confirmed once payment is received or, for COD orders, once the order is verified by our team.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed, as they depend on courier services and your location. Renuce is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. Refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 3–5 business days of the returned item being received and inspected. Sale items and made-to-order pieces may be marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and designs — is the property of Renuce or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. User Accounts
